Wine, Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar Tasting

My friend Hilary and I signed up for a wine, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar tasting through Syracuse.  It took place in an 11th Century building near the Duomo.  We tasted the balsamic and olive oil with bread and cheese — so delicious!  We then tasted one white and two red wines — all amazing!  We also enjoyed tasting them with food (prosciutto, two different salami, and cheese)
